Visit to Lucrum Star, a waste paper recycling facility in Aktobe

The team of Zhasyl Meken LLP continues to get acquainted with the best practices of the environmental business in the region. This time we visited the Lucrum Star enterprise, one of the key waste paper processing and paper production plants in Aktobe.
Lucrum Star closes an important link in the waste management chain: it receives the collected waste paper, which, after sorting and processing, turns into finished products — toilet paper, paper napkins in rolled and sheet format.
Modern equipment allows processing dozens of tons of recyclables per month. The production process is based on the principles of a closed cycle, when waste is converted into a resource, and the environmental impact on the environment is minimized.
The company actively cooperates with organizations implementing separate waste collection and disposal, thereby creating a sustainable recycling infrastructure in the region.
“Lucrum Star demonstrates how paper recycling can become an economically beneficial and environmentally significant area. Such enterprises inspire us to develop our own solutions in the field of sustainable business,” said the representatives of Zhasyl Meken LLP.
The visit to Lucrum Star was another step in the implementation of the company’s strategy to develop partnerships, share experiences and promote the principles of responsible environmental management in Kazakhstan.
