Alen is highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. He is self-motivated and committed to seeing any project through to completion. “I believe that self-discipline is the key to achieving any goal,” he always says.

Ms. Nurtazina holds a higher education degree in accounting. She approaches her responsibilities with diligence and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring the company’s financial stability and full compliance with applicable legal regulations. She is known for her composure and ability to remain calm under pressure. Her kind and open-hearted nature, coupled with a touch of endearing sincerity, make her a valued and empathetic member of the team. Always ready to offer help to those in need, Ms. Nurtazina exemplifies both professionalism and genuine human warmth.

Ayazhan graduated with honors from Almaty University and has become a true specialist in environmental protection. She is responsible for ensuring that all company operations are environmentally safe and meet high-quality standards.

Her colleagues affectionately describe her as the “blooming flower” of the company, admired for her charm and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and attending theater performances, drawing inspiration for her creative ideas. Ayazhan possesses a remarkable gift for communication — she easily connects with people and earns their trust through kindness and respect. She is a shining example of how professionalism and creativity, responsibility and attentiveness, can be harmoniously combined in one person.

Mr. Tuyakov leads the department and is actively involved in research and project development in the field of environmental protection. He holds a Master’s degree in Ecology and has participated in various projects, applying scientific methods and practical expertise. He is highly skilled in conducting mathematical analyses and is known for his ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way. Calm, well-mannered, and friendly, Mr. Tuyakov brings both competence and approachability to his role.

Ms. Kulmukhanbetova is the youngest and newest member of our team. She was born and raised in the city of Aktobe and graduated from Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 2.

Her interest in ecology began during her final years of school, when she first encountered the term “ecology” and realized the critical importance of environmental issues for the future of our planet. This early awareness led her to pursue a career in this field.

Toty is currently completing her degree in Ecology at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University. Despite her short time with the company, she has already shown great enthusiasm and commitment to environmental work.

I work as an Environmental Engineer and am involved in the development of environmental projects.

Working on environmental projects allows me not only to apply my knowledge in practice, but also to continuously develop, explore new approaches, and improve my professional skills. It is important to me that every project is prepared to a high standard, professionally, and with due consideration of the specific characteristics of each facility.

I approach assigned tasks responsibly, work carefully with information, and strive to meet established deadlines. I value teamwork, am open to learning new areas, and aim to continue developing professionally in the fields of environmental design and environmental protection.

I work as an Environmental Engineer and am also involved in SMM activities. In my professional work, I continuously develop my knowledge in environmental protection, environmental documentation, and practical environmental solutions. At the same time, I participate in creating informational and visual content that helps communicate environmental projects, initiatives, and work results in a clear and modern way.

Combining environmental engineering with SMM allows me to approach projects from different perspectives: not only to participate in their implementation, but also to present them effectively to the audience, raise interest in environmental issues, and contribute to the development of environmental awareness and culture.
