The section was developed within the framework of the project «Construction of a processing plant with a capacity of 4 million tons per year at the Shalkiya deposit» in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Instructions for organizing and conducting an environmental assessment (order №280 dated July 30, 2021);

Methodology for determining emission standards into the environment (order No. 63 dated March 10, 2021).

The purpose of the section is to assess the man-made impact on the environment and determine environmental measures to minimize possible negative impacts during construction and operation.

The project is important for the development of the mining industry and requires compliance with the principles of environmental responsibility:

rational use of natural resources;

compliance with environmental legislation;

ensuring sanitary safety of the population.

The section includes:

analysis of the initial state of the environment;

identification of pollution sources;

calculation of emissions and their modeling;

proposals for environmental protection: dust collection systems, water circulation, waste minimization, environmental monitoring.

The project complies with the principles of sustainable development and the requirements of the state environmental assessment, ensuring environmental safety at all stages of its implementation.
