ABAY PHILOSOPHY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The Jasylmeken team always pays special attention to improving qualifications and expanding professional experience. We regularly participate in training programs, seminars and trainings aimed at developing competencies in the field of ecology, sustainable business and leadership.

From July 29 to August 1, 2025, our employees took part in a 4-day master training for entrepreneurs, organized by members of the Republican Association of Business Trainers and experts of Nazarbayev University with the support of the Baytak party and the Akimat of the Aktobe region. The event was held in the Aktobe IT Hub.

The program’s special feature was the unique combination of a modern business approach and the philosophy of the great Kazakh thinker Abay Kunanbayev. The trainers emphasized that the values set out in the works of Abay and other Kazakh thinkers help to form sustainable, socially significant and conscious entrepreneurship.

The program included interactive discussions, teamwork and lectures devoted to environmental principles, spiritual and ethical values, as well as the development of personal qualities of an entrepreneur. After all, as the organizers note, it is impossible to develop a business without developing yourself.

Participation in such initiatives contributed to Jasylmeken – as another step in the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development and the promotion of environmental values in our activities.
