VISIT TO AKTOBE PLAST — A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO RECYCLING

The team of Zhasyl Meken LLP continues to get acquainted with the best practices of the region’s environmental business. Thousands of tons of waste are generated in Aktobe every year, and a significant part of this flow is accepted and prepared for further processing by IP Aktobe Plast.

The enterprise, founded by Erlan Zholdasov four years ago, operates as a multifunctional site for handling secondary raw materials. It accepts not only plastic bottles, but also packaging film, aluminum cans, plastic vegetable boxes, waste paper, car bumpers, household product packaging and other materials. Modern equipment — crushers, a shredder and a press — allows for the processing of 40-100 tons of secondary raw materials monthly.

After sorting and pressing, the secondary raw materials are sent to processing plants in Almaty and Atyrau. IP “Aktobe Plast” actively cooperates with production partners, including Zetta and “Center of fasteners”, which ensures stable sales and high quality of prepared raw materials. Buckets, dishes, containers and other products are made from recycled material.
