Environmental Documentation Adjustment for the Intergas Central Asia JSC Branch

The Kostanay UMG Branch of Intergas Central Asia JSC operates and maintains main gas pipeline facilities within the Kostanay Region. The branch’s activities are associated with environmental impact and require up-to-date and properly maintained environmental documentation in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The JasylMeken team carried out works related to the adjustment of environmental documentation for the Kostanay UMG Branch. The need for adjustment was driven by the update of baseline data and the alignment of existing environmental projects with current regulatory requirements.

The project covered key environmental regulatory documents used in the company’s operational activities.

Project Objectives:

The scope of work included the adjustment of Emission Limit Values (ELVs / NDV), updating the Waste Management Program (WMP / PUO), and revising waste passports based on actual operating conditions and current regulatory requirements.

What the JasylMeken Team Did?

The team analyzed the existing environmental documentation, conducted an inventory of emission and waste sources, уточнed calculation parameters, and adjusted the Emission Limit Values (ELVs). The Waste Management Program and waste passports were also updated accordingly.

All documentation was brought into compliance with current regulatory requirements and prepared for further use within the company’s environmental management system.

Result:

As a result of the completed work, the environmental documentation of the UMG “Kostanay” Branch was updated and fully aligned with regulatory requirements. This ensured proper environmental support of the company’s operations and reduced the risk of comments from regulatory authorities.
