Ayazhan — Environmental Engineer at Jasylmeken LLP

Ayazhan graduated with honors from Almaty University and has become a true specialist in environmental protection. She is responsible for ensuring that all company operations are environmentally safe and meet high-quality standards.

Her colleagues affectionately describe her as the “blooming flower” of the company, admired for her charm and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and attending theater performances, drawing inspiration for her creative ideas. Ayazhan possesses a remarkable gift for communication — she easily connects with people and earns their trust through kindness and respect. Adilbek Tuyakov — Head of Ecology department

Mr. Tuyakov leads the department and is actively involved in research and project development in the field of environmental protection. He holds a Master’s degree in Ecology and has participated in various projects, applying scientific methods and practical expertise. He is highly skilled in conducting mathematical analyses and is known for his ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way. Calm, well-mannered, and friendly, Mr. Tuyakov brings both competence and approachability to his role.

Toty Kulmukhanbetova — Environmental Technician at Jasylmeken LLP

Ms. Kulmukhanbetova is the youngest and newest member of our team. She was born and raised in the city of Aktobe and graduated from Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 2.

Her interest in ecology began during her final years of school, when she first encountered the term “ecology” and realized the critical importance of environmental issues for the future of our planet. This early awareness led her to pursue a career in this field.

Toty is currently completing her degree in Ecology at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University. Despite her short time with the company, she has already shown great enthusiasm and commitment to environmental work.

I’m Kapina Madina Assetullayevna, a specialist in the field of ecology. I began my professional career as an environmental sampler and currently work as an environmental engineer.

I graduated from university as one of the top students. Driven by a deep passion and commitment to my profession, I am now pursuing a master’s degree and continuously improving my professional qualifications. For me, ecology is not just a career, but a lifelong commitment. I am determined to continue contributing to meaningful initiatives in this field in the future.
