JSC “Koktas”

The company “Zhasyl Meken” has developed an environmental impact assessment (EIA) project for JSC “Koktas”. This project was aimed at a comprehensive assessment of the environmental consequences of the planned activities of the enterprise and the development of measures to reduce possible negative impacts.

As part of the work, calculations of air emissions, analysis of water consumption and sanitation, assessment of waste generation, as well as a forecast of the impact on soil cover, flora and fauna were carried out. Special attention was paid to modeling the spread of pollutants and determining the levels of exposure to public health.

The EIA project was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sanitary and epidemiological regulations and international impact assessment practices. As a result of the work, a set of environmental protection measures was formed, including technical and organizational solutions aimed at reducing the risk of pollution and improving environmental safety.

The development of this project allowed Koktas JSC to substantiate the environmental feasibility of its activities, confirm compliance with legislative norms and demonstrate a high level of responsibility towards society and nature.
