Baltest LLP

The specialists of JasylMeken LLP have developed the Environmental Protection section as part of the project documentation for Baltest LLP.

The work was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Order No. 280 dated 07/30/2021 “On Approval of instructions for the organization and conduct of environmental assessment” and current methods for calculating emission standards.

The purpose of the development is to assess the expected impact of the planned activity on the environment and to identify environmental protection measures necessary to minimize risks.

As part of the work carried out:

• analysis of the initial state of environmental components;

• Inventory and identification of sources of pollutant emissions;

• calculation of atmospheric emissions and modeling of the dispersion of pollutants;

• Proposals on environmental protection (measures to reduce emissions, waste management, water resources protection);

• Recommendations on environmental monitoring.

The section complies with the requirements of the state environmental assessment and the principles of sustainable development, ensuring the environmental safety of the company’s activities.
